1:00 pm - 2:00 pm - o Whom It May Concern
Speaker : April Wells

Email/electronic communication can be the bane of your existence. It can stand in the way of getting things done but can also be a valuable tool for your personal and professional life. We all have been the recipient of emails that have had us dozing off before we get to the point of the matter as well as those that were so trite and succinct that we felt like we had had cold water dumped in our laps. It's important to never fall into those two extremes. In this presentation you will learn tools that can make your emails stand out as one of those valued tools for your team members and management. You will take away from this information that will make your electronic communication shine.
April is currently employed at Sherwin Williams as a Lead Oracle Apps DBA. She has worked with Oracle for 18 years, specifically with EBS for 16 of that, and has been in IT for 20.
