Alfredo likes to share his experiences about Oracle Database performance and Oracle Enterprise Manager on his blog and by speaking in public conferences. He has been an IOUG's member for the last 2 years, acting as an abstract reviewer and speaker.

Ahmad Bahr is currently working at Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as an Application DBA responsible for database development, data integrity, security, and performance. His previous 29 year experience include working in different roles such as development/support database administrator, design, develop and implement OLTP and Data warehouse projects in addition to regular DBA monitoring and administration tasks, data analyst, consultant, programmer, system administrator. His latest public achievements are recorded in Sqlserver magazine as winner of the “sql challenges” five times.
