Wells I know that many people have annotated in their annual review the need to improve communication. Part of the difficulty people have with communication is when their culture doesn't match the culture of the audience (and unless you are an identical twin, it's important to recognize that there will always be cultural differences). This presentation will discuss some of the thinks to keep in mind when communicating and will have some salient tips on improving that annual review in the process. 2:15 pm - 3:15 pm - Oracle Database 12c Unified Auditing Speaker : Pete E. Dinin, Sherwin Williams. This presentation is an overview of the new Unified Auditing Features of Oracle Database 12c. It will provide the needed information to use these features to establish "effective auditing" in an Oracle 12c Database. Included are the creation and enabling of Audit Policies, along with a case study that mirrors Auditing needs of a sample application.
