President: Pete Dinin

Pete works for Sherwin Williams as a Senior Oracle DBA and has been involved with NEOOUG from the early 2000s.

Vice President: Eric Mortensen

Eric earned a Masters degree in Database Theory and Software Engineering. Professionally he has spent the last 20 years working as a developer and Database Administrator in Oracle database environments. Eric also has more than 15 years of experience as a Data Architect (including Data Warehouse design). Eric currently works for Sherwin-Williams as a Lead Database Administrator and Data Architect where he helps developers design better database schema designs, works on special projects that need complex SQL query design, and is a resource to his fellow DBAs. One of his major projects includes creating a data warehouse for Sherwin's database administrators to help them manage the over 200 database instances more efficiently. Currently he is working as a Data Architect designing a new data model for new development at Sherwin for an application that will serve both internal and external Sherwin customers in many languages. Eric also has recently started to teach database theory at ITT Technical Institute in Strongsville, OH.

Treasurer: Sean Zechman

Sean is an Ohio native, born and raised in Cleveland. He currently works for Snapon Business Solutions as a DBA. He has finished his Masters in Software Engineering degree and is working on earning his MBA. He has been serving the NEOOUG board for over 7 years as a Treasurer.

Director of Program and Education: Mike Hayes

I was born and raised in West Park on the west side of Cleveland. I've worked with Oracle products since 1997 staring with Oracle 7.3.3 thru 12.2. I focused on the PeopleSoft instances but supported instances for a dozen more products. I have been working in the IT field for over 32 years going from a student programmer thru the ranks to Manager Database Administration, all of this at Cleveland State University. I've just returned to the NEOOUG board as Director of Program Education having previously served on the board as Treasurer, I have been a member of NEOOUG since 1998.

Director of Training Days: Rumpi Gravenstein

Rumpi is an Oracle Ace has been working with Oracle continuously since 1987, focusing on providing consulting services in the Oracle technologies. He has given numerous technical presentations at Oracle conferences covering topics such as security, application design, PL/SQL development, ANSI SQL, and data loading. Rumpi is currently working for Snap-on Business Solutions as a Sr. Publishig Architect.
